Supervisor Corrugator Department - 7/31/2006
Ontario, CA - Must have strong leadership qualities directing the work force
of 12-20 employees. Must be able to set and follow policies and procedures
within the department. Must have 5-7 years of corrugator experience with 5 years
experience in supervision. Responsibilities will include safety quality,
productivity, hands on training and process improvement. Must have strong
technical skills and be able to communicate these skills backed by written
documentation. Will be highly involved with setting and achieving goals through
accountabilities with crew members. Position will be for second shift in a two
shift plant. Ability, and willing to work overtime and weekends is a must.

Operator to run a rotary die cutting press at our Plymouth, Michigan facility.
Key responsibilities include the complete operation of a rotary die cutting
press, along with collecting dimensional data, adherence to customer
specifications, responsibility for the quality of the parts being produced, and
involvement with other Argent team members and projects. This position
requires a minimum high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and
related experience, education and or training. Prior experience in
Flexographic printing, material slitting, or stamping will also be considered.
Creative problem solving skills, a willingness to learn, and being a responsible

be able to read and understand drawings and schematics and have a solid
