| Free
access to the print unit |
|
The
print unit opens like a Flower TM :each element
separates and becomes independent and immediately accessible.
The
operator has "free hands " on the print unit which is
totally open for changes and adjustments.

| |
| Revolutionary
stability in print |
|
The
patent pending Pitagora TM concept changes the
geometry of the flexographic print station. As the print unit
has no guides, all the mechanical tolerances are recuperated,
and
the performances of the print unit stay identical at any speed.
Also, the printing quality remains the same during the years, as
it is not influenced by the mechanical wear.

| |
| No
ink on the hands of the operator |
|
The
operator does not touch the ink in day-by-day operations.
Washing
is performed by the integrated Jumbo Wash TM washing
machine, handling is assisted by the specially designed Spider
tools.

|
| |
| Organized
working environment |
|
Every
movement in connection with the Flower TM head is
organized and built-in storage areas are provided. The efficiency
in production is greatly improved, reducing at the same time the
stress for the operator.
|
|
| |
| Simple
and "Ready-to-go " |
|
The
operator drops the cylinders in and produces at the maximum
speed. All the adjustments are nearly eliminated and operators
with limited flexographic experience can efficiently work on the
press.
