S-Combat (Servo)
 Quality without mistakes

Every operation on the press is standardized and the operator is servo-assisted through the entire production cycle. The possibility of making errors is greatly reduced, and the quality in production is stable, predictable and certified.

 Confidence and productivity

The standardized and assisted operations, and the more efficient quality controls, increase the confidence of the operator to run at higher speeds for every job, from micro to long runs. Productivity increases without quality loss.

 Predictable cost calculations

Every cost is predictable and production forecasts are reliable for every job, operators
becoming fully interchangeable. As most of the printing and converting variables are
standardized and controlled, pricing calculations are accurate.

Variables under control

Most of the operations are transformed into measurable data which can be stored and reproduced. Repeat jobs are better performed by getting more complete information on the production settings used.

The "Money-Maker "

All set-up operations are standardized and assisted, times and wastes are greatly reduced, while production speeds increase. S–Combat is the most flexible tool in the market to produce micro to long runs, with profit.

GeniusTM
(pat.pend)
DDMTM
(Digital Data Management)
The set-up procedures are standardized by the GeniusTM pre-register system. Wastes are greatly reduced, and are predictable for each job and each operator. S-Combat uses a digital CAN-OPEN Bus communication system connected to a central PLC. Digital data management allows accurate information exchange and total system control.

ARC Free-landTM
The combination of the GeniusTMand of the  Automatic Register Control (ARC) make the operator free from the register concern, register errors are not possible.

Free-landTM is a dedicated area where inspection instruments are integrated without space problems, in a safe position.
ILCTM
(Ink Level Control)
S – Inspection Concept
The level of ink in the tray is automatically controlled and refilled. Color missing on the print and ink splashing is avoided at any speed, ink is not a variable to control.
As controls needed in printing are reduced, the operator can be dedicated to in-line quality inspection, using inspection technologies to the requested quality level.

ILC OrganizerTM Flag MarkerTM
Refilling pipes are stored and organized, with automatic pipe washing for quick ink change-overs. The ILCTM is used for every job and for frequent color changes.

A mark is printed when an error is detected and substitutes the flag in the reel. Instant error marking reduces waste, and gives safe quality control.

Click-LockTM

Closed loop inspection

Pressure adjustments on the FlowerTM head are measurable for quick and standardized set up, when the thickness of the substrate changes.
The flag-mark is read by an electronic device (the "Box") which works on any inspection machine (Omega, Arpeco, Rotoflex etc.), making a closed-loop of the quality inspection cycle.
